Retired Police Captain from Georgia. I retired in 96 and went to Brinks as a driver trainer and wound up in Boston. I came to the New Hampshire Dept of Safety in 2000 and work as an E-911 Supervisor in the 2 call centers which take all 911 calls for the state. I am 8 years into my third career...counting the 4 years, 4 months and 17 days I was in the US Navy during the late 60s and early 70s. My daughters are both very successful. The oldest has a PhD in sports medicine and the younger is a CPA. My two sons are United States Marines. Both are inactive now. The little guy just came out on a disability discharge as a Corporal and the eldest went to Desert Shield/Storm and made Gunny before he came home. Damn right I'm proud of all my kids! As of 12-01-09 I am retired from 911. Am now, 8-10, looking forward to getting to drive again after health problems. 2 weeks ago a shooting buddy came by and took me to the range and I had a ball shooting and cleaning up after. First time in over a year. Wife is an RN in Laconia and the dog and I are holding down the fort at home. Getting the house ready to sell so we can move to Alabama this year.
